Cyient Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

  • If you’re in your final year studying BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech, and you’ve been doing pretty well with grades (at least 60%), you can apply.
  • Fresh graduates are also invited to apply.
  • It’s important to note that there shouldn’t be any ongoing backlogs when you participate in the online assessment.
  • Those from streams such as Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, Aeronautical/Aerostructures, Civil, Computer Science/IT, and Telecommunications are eligible.

Selection process of cyient:

The selection process of Cyient consists of three rounds: an online test, a technical interview and an HR interview. Here is a breakdown of each round:

  1. Online Test: Candidates who have applied for a job position at Cyient will be initially screened through an online test. This written test assesses the candidate’s knowledge and skills in their respective field.The test pattern may vary depending on the job role.
  2. Technical Interview: The next round is the technical interview. This interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and their understanding of the role they have applied for. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their expertise in their core subjects and showcase their in-depth knowledge.
  3. HR Interview: The final round is the HR interview. In this round, the candidate’s interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit within the organization are assessed. The HR interview focuses on understanding the candidate’s personality, attitude, and their alignment with the company’s values and goals.

It is important to note that candidates need to pass through all three rounds to receive an offer letter from Cyient’s HR department. The selection process may vary depending on the job role and the level of the position being applied for.

Terms & Conditions

  • All selected BE/ B. Tech candidates must participate in pre-joining training at Cyient’s identified nodal centers.
  • Training sessions will be delivered by Cyient-approved trainers.
  • Selected candidates are requested to pay the prescribed training fee of Rs. 36,000, as applicable, prior to the commencement of the training, and must obtain a valid fee receipt.
  • Our nodal centers will monitor the behavior and discipline of the candidates undergoing pre-joining training. Any indiscipline observed will lead to action deemed fit.
  • Cyient reserves the right to determine the final test center and work location as per the business requirement.
  • The amount invested in training will be reimbursed after the candidate joins Cyient.
  • No fee is to be paid until the candidate receives the letter of intent from Cyient for pre-joining training.

Pre-joining Training

For BE/ B.Tech: Candidates selected in the interview process are asked to participate in a paid pre-joining training. The pre-joining training fee will be reimbursed once a candidate joins Cyient. Our selection criteria are based on aggregate training records, as described below:

  • Candidates who earn 80% and above during the pre-joining training will qualify to join Cyient
  • Candidates who earn less than 70% during the pre-joining training will be ineligible to join Cyient
  • Aspirants who earn 70% to 79% during the pre-joining training must take remedial classes and appear for re-examination. Failing to secure a minimum of 80% in re-examination will lead to disqualification

 For ME/ M.Tech: There is no pre-joining training process.

  • Candidates must carry the latest passport-size photocopies.
  • Latest updated Resume.
  • Furthermore, the certificates of Graduation and Post Graduation.
  • Mark sheet of 10th and 12th.
  • Original and Xerox copy of the photo identity proof.
